Lichfield Office – Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Preferred Experience:     Experience working in a law firm preferred but not essential.

Hours:                                   Full Time, Monday to Friday.

Location:                              Lichfield Office


Office Receptionist required to cover our reception desk and incoming calls and to provide administrative support in relation to the smooth running of our Lichfield office.

The role will play an important part in the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the office.

Duties to include, but not exclusive to:

  • Receiving all incoming calls and dealing/transferring calls as appropriate
  • Liaising with clients and service providers both in person and over the telephone
  • Provide accurate and efficient day to day administration support
  • Administrative duties, such as typing, scanning and filing, file opening and file closing
  • Assisting with post and DX duties, when required.
  • Maintain and order stocks of stationery as and when required
  • Prepare and serve basic refreshments for guests, clients and colleagues when required
  • Work closely with the Office Management team to ensure procedures are adhered to at all times
