David graduated from university with a law degree in 2011 after which he undertook the Legal Practice Course. He qualified as a solicitor and joined the residential conveyancing team at Ansons in 2016.

David advises clients on:-

• Plot sales;
• Purchases of New Build Properties;
• Freehold sales and purchases;
• Sale of Freehold Interest;
• Purchase of Freehold Interest ;
• Transfers of Equity;
• Part exchanges;
• Leasehold properties; and
• Sale and purchase of properties at Auction.

Personal

In his spare time, David enjoys participating in pub quizzes and going on scenic walks.

He is an avid film buff and has an extensive blu ray collection. He also enjoys watching football and supports Fulham.
