Tracey is a member of the wills and probate team at Ansons Solicitors, Staffordshire. She has over 15 years’ experience in private client work and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP). From our Cannock office, Tracey advises in a wide range of matters from advising will executors to planning for inheritance tax.

Key specialisms include:

• wills – both simple and complex;
• probate;
• intestacy issues;
• enduring and lasting powers of attorney; and
• Court of Protection matters, such as applications for deputyship.

Experience

Recent examples of where Tracey has helped clients include:

• partial revocation of a lasting power of attorney where an attorney was subsequently considered unsuitable;
• preparation of an emergency will for a terminally ill client, giving peace of mind at a difficult time; and
• administration of an estate with feuding beneficiaries where litigation was avoided and disputes resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.

Personal

Outside of work, Tracey mostly enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
